Information & Tos

When commission me, you hereby agree to these terms of service

• Payment can be through PayPal, Ko-fi, or VGen
-- Prices are in USD• Full payment up front, please wait to send payment until you receive an invoice from me. I will not start working until I receive the payment
-- All payment is FINAL. If there are additional charges (ex. excessive changes after completed commission) then a separate invoice will be sent.• I have the right to decline requests for any reasonTurnaround• Commission turnarounds can vary from a few weeks to a couple months depending on the type of commission and the current queue! I do work a full-time job at the moment so things may be slower sometimes; however, I will make sure to keep you updated about progress and things going on!• If there is a deadline for when the request must be finished, you must let me know up front when commissioning me. Additional fees may apply depending on how fast you need your request.• I'll provide a sketch to show progress and to discuss if any changes need to be made before moving on to the final product
-- I am willing to make a few minor changes to the final product, but I will charge an extra fee if changes start to be come excessive.Some Notes When You Commission• Please have some sort of reference or detailed description for what you want ready to go, especially when it comes to characters! Having an idea before commissioning me of the mood, theme, expression, pose, etc. helps me out a lot! I'll potentially ask some questions to get a better gauge of what you want though, just to keep that in mind. I will automatically decline requests that do not provide a sufficient reference/description
-- On that note, while not required, providing a visual (like photoshopping images or ms paint doodles) can be another huge help especially if you're looking for something specific!• Most drawings will come with a solid color background, unless otherwise discussed; can provide a transparent version upon request• I am allowed to share the piece online for publicity, however; please let me know if you do not want the work shared publicly.
-- In turn you are allowed to share the piece as well, but it must be the one that includes my signature or otherwise you must clearly and visibly credit meCredit & Use• If you use my work publicly for pfps, banners, thumbnails, etc. please make sure you credit me (my Twitter account @Pansetta_) somewhere that is visible, thank you!
-- While not required, having me as an artist for emote attribution on Twitch is greatly appreciated!• You may not alter my work in any way. If you have any questions on how you are allowed to use it, please ask!• You may not resell my work and my work may not be used for any sort of crypto-currency or AI-generation. I own all rights to the artwork.• If there's something specific you want but isn't shown in my list of commissions, feel free to ask me about it and we can possibly work something out! Prices may fluctuate
